Individual Therapy

Compassionate, Clinical Support for Anxiety, Trauma, and Personal Growth

Everyone has moments where things just feel harder than usual. Maybe anxiety keeps creeping in, or you’re carrying something from the past that hasn’t fully healed. You don’t need a big reason to reach out, sometimes you just know it’s time to talk to someone.

That’s exactly what I’m here for. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I understand what it takes to work through tough seasons, and I bring that understanding into every session. All sessions are offered through telehealth, so you can talk to me from wherever feels most comfortable.

Still unsure if therapy’s right for you? Start with a free 15-minute consultation: no pressure, just a conversation.

What Changes When You Start Individual Therapy

Therapy isn’t about being told what’s wrong with you. It’s about finally having space to figure things out, with someone actually in your corner. Here’s what clients often notice along the way.

01

A Clearer Understanding of Yourself

It’s hard to work through what you don’t fully understand. We’ll slow down and unpack what’s really going on beneath the surface, together.

02

Tools That Actually Help Day to Day

This isn’t just talking for the sake of talking. You’ll walk away with real strategies you can use the moment things start feeling hard again.

03

Less Weight From the Past

Old experiences don’t have to keep running your present. We’ll work through what’s been holding you back at a pace that feels right for you.

04

A Stronger Sense of Direction

It might feel like this won’t end, but it usually does get better. As things settle down, you’ll likely feel calmer, more grounded, and a bit more sure about where you’re headed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, every session is offered through telehealth. This means you can join from home, your car during a break, or anywhere else you feel comfortable, without needing to travel to an office.

It's just a quick, relaxed conversation. You can ask me anything, how I work, what sessions look like, or whatever's on your mind before deciding if you want to book a full session.

Mostly, it's a conversation. I'll ask about what's bringing you in, a bit of your background, and what you're hoping to work through. There's no pressure to have it all figured out right away, we'll take it one step at a time.

No, that's actually one of the most common things clients aren't sure about at first. A large part of early sessions is simply figuring that out together, there's no need to have it all mapped out beforehand.

Once you reach out, we'll find a time that works for your schedule, usually within the same week, so you're not waiting long once you've decided to start.
